HISTORY

EMULGRAIN WAS FORMED IN 2006 BY VICENTIN AND LASENOR

Established in 2006, EMULGRAIN was created as a Joint venture partnership between VICENTIN S.A.I.C. Group, one of the largest producers of oil and derivatives in Argentina; and the food emulsifier specialist LASENOR EMUL S.L. (part of the Holdfood group) from Barcelona, Spain.

The origins of the VICENTIN agribusiness group date back to the late 1920’s in the city of Avellaneda, North of Santa Fe Province, Argentina. Today the company possesses modern industrial plants with high capacity for the stockpiling and crushing of Soy, Sunflower and cottonseeds and the production of oil, pellets, flour and lecithin.

LASENOR EMUL is a family owned company with more than 25 years of experience in the production, development and application of natural emulsifiers such as Lecithin, and synthetics such as Monoglycerides.
